1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site, independent of every government office. It does not store official criminal records, retrieve them for a visitor, conduct an official check, or file documents.

The material identifies custodians such as the Terrell County sheriff and courts, the Texas Department of Public Safety Crime Records Division, and the Texas Public Sex Offender Registry. It may also provide access to outside research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

By using the service, you agree not to:

• Break any federal, state, or local law while using this site
• Use information you find here to stalk, harass, or threaten anyone
• Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on content from this site
• Try to break into our systems or gain access you are not supposed to have
• Run bots, scrapers, or automated tools against our pages
• Do anything that slows the site down or blocks other people from using it

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Information obtained here or through a linked service may not be used to harass, stalk, intimidate, threaten, or discriminate. Such conduct can be criminal. The restriction is especially important for Texas Public Sex Offender Registry data under Code of Criminal Procedure Chapter 62. Registry publication supports public safety awareness; it does not authorize confrontation, vigilantism, blacklisting, or discrimination.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and do not produce a background check, credit report, or consumer report. Our advertising partners are not presented as services for job, rental, insurance, or credit decisions. Information from this site or a linked tool must not be used to:

• Decide whether to hire or fire someone
• Screen potential renters or housing applicants
• Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
• Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
• Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

A person needing a check for a regulated purpose must use an authorized official process or a properly compliant consumer reporting provider.

5. No Legal Advice

Published explanations are general information, not legal advice. Only a licensed Texas attorney can assess how a charge, conviction, warrant, expunction, or nondisclosure rule applies to particular facts.

Texas law governs these terms, and a dispute connected to use of the service must be brought in a court located in Texas. Government records remain subject to laws including the Texas Public Information Act and criminal-history dissemination limits in Government Code Chapter 411.

13. Cutting Off Access

Access may be limited or terminated at any time, for any reason, without advance notice.

14. Severability

If one provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. The affected language will be adjusted only as far as necessary for enforcement.
